Yes. You can sign contracts digitally right from the platform, with no paper and no need to pay for a separate e-signature tool.

The Seed plan includes 10 contracts and Starter 150; on Pro and higher plans they're unlimited.

No. The Seed plan is free forever and includes unlimited clients and staff, so the size of your studio never forces you to upgrade.

Its limits are on activity volume, not people: up to 100 group bookings a month (or 30 one-to-one) and up to 30 active memberships. The payment gateway carries an extra 3% fee on this plan.

Yes. In Bonsai you set how many swaps or make-up classes each student can make, so your policy enforces itself and you don't have to referee exceptions at the front desk.

Students cancel and rebook into another session with open spots from the app, without messaging you on WhatsApp. The spot they free up becomes available again and the waitlist is notified.

Yes, and it's configurable: you can let unused sessions from previous months carry over to the next period, or turn it off so they expire at the end of the month.

Every studio has its own policy and both are valid. What matters is that it stops being a case-by-case negotiation: students can see in their app how many sessions they have left and until when.

With the annual plan you save up to 29% and pay for the whole year upfront, which is like getting 3 months free.

With the monthly plan you pay month to month with no long-term commitment, but at full price. You can switch between the two whenever you need.

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time and the change is immediate. You'll only pay the prorated difference for the remaining time.

If you want to move to a lower plan, the change will apply at the start of your next billing cycle, so you get full use of what you've already paid for.

Of course, you can cancel at any time. You can keep using Bonsai until the end of your billing cycle, and we'll let you know in advance.
Before you cancel, tell us what we could do for you and we'll do everything we can. We don't want to lose you as a customer.

If you're getting close to your booking limit, we'll let you know in advance so you can decide what to do. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time for more capacity, or keep your bookings within your current limit.
