Of course, you can cancel at any time. You can keep using Bonsai until the end of your billing cycle, and we'll let you know in advance.
Before you cancel, tell us what we could do for you and we'll do everything we can. We don't want to lose you as a customer.

Your data will be available to download for 30 days after cancellation. You can export all your client, session, class pass and history data in Excel or CSV format.

After that, the data is securely deleted from our servers.

If you cancel during your first month, we'll refund 100%, no questions asked.
